My “entrepreneurial journey” as a side-business is a substantial part of my career experience:
• 2011 Partnered to establish a retail business for an Italian brand specializing in office and personal accessories (campomarziogcc.com).
• 2016 Co-founded BAZMA the first ecommerce business specializing in Men Essentials in Kuwait (bazmashop.com).
• 2017 Reaching the pinnacle of the journey by establishing ALCANTARA Holding for all our start-up businesses as partners: Campo Marzio Kuwait, BAZMA eCommerce, Extreme Sports Co, and Suffix Sports Events Co.
• 2021 Concluded the wonderful journey with selling my share and exiting the company.
2014–2019

• Fueled revenue growth to quadruple within 4 fiscal years. In addition to the fantastic growth in market share, PACE achieved unprecedented net profits for GUST.
• Mentored and developed PACE team while doubling headcount to accommodate operational growth, all within a period of 2 years.
• Developed a strong portfolio of profitable products that made PACE-GUST a leader in its market.
• Drove winning a major 3-years contract from the oil sector with an estimated value of $5 million USD.

• Established the new start-up’s infrastructure starting from business planning, to building the legal, physical, and corporate identity of the new establishment.
• Secured alliances with the globally-recognized and prestigious names in HSE training and consulting. Through these associations, the Environmental Academy started to offer accredited programs that lead to internationally-recognized certifications like IOSH, NEBOSH, and ISO.

• Established own training and consulting practice, providing training solutions and consulting services for large to medium-sized companies and Canadian governmental entities.
• Conducted projects for Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Royal Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, Cadillac Fairview real estate, and Ministry of Health (Province of Ontario). Projects involved Business Intelligence applications, curriculum design, content development, and staff training.
